Dalian Fortune Research today announced the appointment of Mr. Ken Song as an Independent Non-executive Director of the Company. The appointment shall be for an initial term of approximately three years. The Board welcomes Mr. Song to join the Board.

Mr. Song has experience of controlling operations, delivery channels, information technology, corporate services, and risk management and compliance functions. Mr. Song has played a key role in driving the success of every company he has been involved with.
Mr. Song holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Master of Business Administration degree and will work Together with 6 other Independent Non-executive Directors in the Company's Board of 13.
Mr. Song will play a key role in driving the company's current marketing and expansion plans as it looks to change its client base ratio, at the moment it serves a client base which is 80% domestic and 20% overseas. Mr. Song is being tasked with making that ratio 70/30 within the next 5 years.
