D'art 6th Annual Conference: Team India jaunts through Nepal
A trip to Nepal for the Annual Conference 2019, was another life experience to the D’art team as we explored the alluring sites.

Being one of the world’s most beautiful countries, Nepal is known for its natural and scenic beauty, offering tourists a refreshing jaunt.
A trip to Nepal for the Annual Conference 2019, was another life experience to the D’art team as we explored the alluring sites. An hour-long flight to Nepal was astonishing as we passed through clouds gazing the magnificent Everest which significantly raised the excitement among everyone. Godavari resort at Kathmandu, hosted our team during the trip, rendering a comfortable and peaceful stay.
The agenda of the conference is to develop team spirit and ease the communication between the team members. The team building activities conducted to attain the purpose, not just achieved the objective of the conference, but left us with undying reminiscence. The activity-based training for the team focused on team building, conflict management, leadership skill development and ways to link it to the D’art work life.
We could feel true connections developing between the members which directed us to achieve collaboration in our team. The experiential learning we acquired had a high correlation to our work environment at D’art. The trip came to an end with a visit to the holy Pashupatinath temple located on the banks of Bagmati River gave us an out-of-the-world spiritual experience. The best part of any trip is not just the moment we lived in, but the memories we carry with us and cherish. The realization about the wonderful work culture we are provided with, at D’art left everyone overwhelmed as we explored the members of our team along with the beauty of Nepal. To sum up, Nepal is a fantastic place to relax and unwind in the wildness and serenity of nature. Since Nepal has a variety of options to offer the memories that we created over there are ever engraved in our hearts and in the D’art diaries.
