Cyclone MMA, Bay Area's Largest MMA Facility, Holds Inaugural Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Invitational
Cyclone MMA's first annual BJJ Invitational will be held May 17th at Cyclone MMA in Livermore, CA. Absolute Division Winners can look forward to prizes provided by event sponsor Arlen Ness, world renowned builder of custom motorcycles.
- San Francisco, CA (1888PressRelease) May 16, 2014 - Cyclone MMA and Fitness, one of the largest MMA facilities in the Bay Area is hosting it's first Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Invitational on Saturday, May 17th. Cyclone members as well as BJJ athletes from around the Bay Area including students of Ralph Gracie Jiu Jitsu in Dublin, Crosley Gracie Jiu Jitsu in Brentwood, Crispim BJJ of Pleasanton and Team Dumdumaya will be represented at the tournament.
Lead by Master Trainer Fabiano Brasil, Cyclone MMA has received a loyal following from members for their no-nonsense training programs that include Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, TaeKwonDo, Boxing and the very popular Combat Conditioning classes. A former trainer at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Brasil has been a trainer to several members of the Gracie family, prominently known for their involvement in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
Divisions for children, juveniles and adults will be competing in the highly anticipated event, with medals given to all children. The children's MMA classes at Cyclone have been a major draw for members as evidenced by the glowing Yelp reviews. Cyclone instructors, longtime practitioners of the their respective areas of martial arts, strive to encourage discipline and respect in conjunction with their training.
The adult divisions are expected to bring up and coming fighters from all around the Bay Area."The Jiu Jitsu Invitational is the first of many events we have planned for Cyclone.
