The founders of CWP Advisors are established real estate professionals. Curt Crandall started his career at Fluor as an engineer and worked for Irvine-based apartment developer Western National Properties, and Irvine-based homebuilder Standard Pacific Homes (NYSE: SPF). Gregg Williams worked for Laguna Beach-based private developer The St. Clair Company. Sal Provenza spent the last nine years with Toll Brothers (NYSE: TOL), a national homebuilder and community developer where he focused on acquisitions, finance, and project management in California. Together, the principals have managed $250 million in assets and participated in over $1 billion in acquisitions and dispositions.
