Cuyahoga County Public Library Wins Urban Library Council's 2010 Top Innovations Award In The User Experience Category
Cuyahoga County, OH - Cuyahoga County Public Library has won the Urban Library Council's 2010 Top Innovations Award, User Experience Category, after transitioning to Fanggle's Libserra library software to communicate with patrons via mobile devices. Using the software, Cuyahoga Library can now send due date, reminder and renewal notices via SMS and/ or mobile smartphone.
