Cushman & Wakefield Promotes Zaziski to Senior Associate

Bergen-Passaic, NJ (1888PressRelease) June 21, 2014 - Mark Zaziski has been promoted to senior associate at Cushman & Wakefield in East Rutherford, announced Kim Brennan, the commercial real estate services firm's New Jersey market leader. He joined one of the company's leading office leasing teams in 2011, shortly after graduating with high honors from Lehigh University.

Under the direction of David Sherman and Marc Trevisan, both Cushman & Wakefield executive vice presidents, Zaziski currently is spearheading more than 150,000 square feet in office tenant representation assignments. His recent transactions include a 20,000-square-foot lease for Alliant Technologies in Morristown, a 19,000-square-foot lease for American List Counsel in Princeton, and a 12,500-square-foot lease for DataMotion in Florham Park. As a landlord representative, he serves as exclusive leasing agent for Denholtz Associates' 270 Sylvan Ave. in Englewood Cliffs.
