Cushman & Wakefield Promotes Nicholas Karali to Financial Analysis Manager
Cushman & Wakefield has promoted Nicholas Karali to financial analysis manager, announced Kim Brennan, the commercial real estate services firm's New Jersey market leader.
- Bergen-Passaic, NJ (1888PressRelease) May 02, 2014 - The resident of Hoboken, N.J., has been with Cushman & Wakefield's New York Metropolitan Area Capital Markets Group since joining the firm three years ago, and focuses on retail investment sales and acquisitions.
"His responsibilities include overseeing the transaction process from underwriting through marketing, due diligence and closing," said Brennan.
"In just three years, he has clearly demonstrated his expertise and established an important role in the Capital Markets Group," she said.
