Cushman & Wakefield Promotes Ed Duenas to Executive Director
Bridgewater Resident, a 17-Year Company Veteran Cited for Consultative Approach.

Duenas of Bridgewater, N.J., to the position of executive director, announced Gualberto "Gil" Medina, the commercial real estate services firm's New Jersey executive managing director. Duenas specializes in corporate leasing and sales as part of the company's Brokerage Services division.
Duenas joined Cushman & Wakefield's East Rutherford office in 1995. Since then, he has represented numerous landlords and tenants in the New Jersey market, advising them on all facets of the real estate process including acquisition, disposition, incentives negotiation and vendor selection.
He has brokered transactions on behalf of such notable tenants as Kraft Foods, Fidelity, Port Authority of NY/NJ and Federal Reserve Bank of NY. As a landlord representative, Duenas has handled or handles leasing at New Jersey properties owned by Brookfield Properties, Mack-Cali, CB Richard Ellis Realty Trust, Cornerstone, RREEF and others.

Duenas is active with several charitable organizations, including Selective Corporate Internship Program where he served as a board member. He earned an MBA from Rutgers University and holds bachelor's degree in economics and finance from Rutgers as well.
