Cushman & Wakefield Named Agent for Montville Business Center

  • Newark, NJ (1888PressRelease) November 05, 2011 - Commercial real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. has been named leasing agent for First Industrial Realty Trust's Montville Business Center in the Pine Brook neighborhood of Montville Township. The brokerage team led by Stan Danzig, Jules Nissim, Stephen Elman and Robert Adams has been tapped to market approximately 130,000 square feet at the 700,000-square-foot business park.

    The property sits on Route 46, proximate to interstates 80, 280 and 287, just 30 minutes from Manhattan and Newark Liberty International Airport. "Montville Business Center is, unquestionably, one of New Jersey's premier high-tech/flex parks," Adams said. "The Center houses both local and regional businesses as well as satellite offices for major corporations.     Montville Business Center includes nine buildings with a combination of office,
    high-tech and light industrial units. Current availabilities range from 3,000 to more than 9,000 square feet, with opportunities to combine suites for nearly 19,000 square feet of contiguous space.

    The assignment represents the first time Danzig, Nissim, Elman and Adams, all based at Cushman & Wakefield's New Jersey headquarters in East Rutherford, will work with First Industrial Realty Trust in an agency capacity.     The project also continues to solidify the team's presence along the I-80 corridor. Currently, the group maintains 418,783 square feet in agency assignments in that region, ranging from traditional warehouses, to big-box properties and high-tech/flex product.
