Cushman & Wakefield Inks Samsung Expansion In Moonachie, N.J.
Electronics Giant More than Doubles its Space at Empire Office Center II.

The property houses back office operations for the electronics giant.
As exclusive leasing agents for the building, Christian Politan and Bonni Heller of Cushman & Wakefield's East Rutherford, N.J., office represented building owner JENI, LLC in the transaction. John Oh and Paul March of CB Richard Ellis represented Samsung.
