Cushman & Wakefield Inks 60,000-Sq.-Ft Office Lease in Lyndhurst

Newark, NJ (1888PressRelease) April 29, 2011 - KnowledgePoint360 Group, a global leader in healthcare information and communications, has signed a long-term lease for a new, 60,000-square-foot headquarters location at Skyline Corporate Center in Lyndhurst, announced commercial real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield, Inc.

The company will relocate to the Class A property at 125 Chubb Ave. from Secaucus, N.J., in an expansion move this fall.

Ed Duenas and Marc Graham of Cushman & Wakefield's East Rutherford, N.J., office represented KnowledgePoint360 Group in negotiating the long-term lease. Gregory Barkan of CBRE served as landlord representative for property owner SL Green.

According to Duenas, the relocation will accommodate KnowledgePoint360 Group's growing practice and provide a significant quality-of-life upgrade. "Our client was able to leverage the market to get into this corporate-quality property at a competitive price," he noted. "Skyline Corporate Center offers a great location, and the building has been completely renovated. Add to that SL Green's responsiveness and flexibility, and it clearly was an ideal match."

KnowledgePoint360 Group will occupy the fourth and fifth floors of the office complex's south wing. "Our company has grown both in size and scope over the last few years, developing new communications and advisory services, and adding to our talented staff," noted Jon Bigelow, president and CEO. "We're delighted to be moving into completely renovated space that will be designed to suit today's needs as well as to provide room for our continued growth."

Duenas noted that the site search for KnowledgePoint360 Group remained fairly local, to ensure an easy transition for the company's employees. The proactive assignment began three full years prior to the firm's lease expiration in Secaucus.

Over the past 15 months, KnowledgePoint360 also has moved into larger offices in London; New York; and San Bruno, Calif. The company has additional U.S. locations in Chicago, and Newtown and East Norriton, Pa.; U.K. locations in Macclesfield and Maidenhead; and an office in Mannheim, Germany.
