  • Newark, NJ (1888PressRelease) August 17, 2010 - MOONACHIE, N.J. - announced Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. The electronics giant will utilize the space on the third floor of the building, located at 250 Moonachie Rd., for back office operations.

    Building owner JENI, LLC was represented by Christian Politan and Bonni Heller of Cushman & Wakefield, exclusive leasing agents for the building. Samsung was represented in the transaction by John Oh and Paul March of CB Richard Ellis.

    "The importance of this lease must be underscored," said Politan. "The fact that this is a sizeable lease by a very strong tenant is important both for the building and for the market."

    Constructed in 1984, 250 Moonachie Rd. consists of five floors totaling 100,000 square feet on 3.59 acres in Bergen County. Other key tenants include Fitch, King & Caffentzis, I. Karten-Bermaha Textile Co., Integritas Consulting Group, and Mediterranean Shipping Co. On-site amenities include an Empire Café.
