- New York, NY (1888PressRelease) August 18, 2010 - Inglesino, Pearlman, Wyciskala & Taylor, LLC has signed a new lease for approximately 5,000 square feet at 600 Parsippany Road, announced commercial real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. The tenant, a new law firm that launched in early July, was represented by Robert J. Donnelly, Jr., executive director, Cushman & Wakefield. Owner Mack-Cali Realty Corp. was represented in-house by Brian Decillis.
"Morris County offers significant benefits for the partners of the new firm, and it was important to be situated within that submarket," said Donnelly. "We were able to find good quality office space at competitive lease terms. Mack-Cali was able to offer numerous benefits for the tenant, including furniture and turnkey construction services. Everything went very smoothly to get the firm in their new space in a timely manner."
"We are very excited about our new venture," said John Inglesino, the firm's managing partner, who also serves as the township attorney for Parsippany, planning board attorney for Florham Park and Morristown, and was a campaign advisor for Gov. Chris Christie. "The partners are excited about this opportunity to continue to represent our clients as our own firm."
The four partners have joined forces from other law firms, including Stern & Kilcullen and the DeCottis firm. Managing partner Inglesino focuses his practice on municipal, real estate, land use, redevelopment and government affairs. Stephen Pearlman, formerly of the DeCottis firm, specializes in public finance, redevelopment and solar and alternative energy projects. John Wyciskala specializes in land use and environmental, and partner Lisa Taylor's forte is healthcare. Attorney Michael Murphy, former Democratic candidate for Governor, has joined the new firm as "of counsel".
"Cushman & Wakefield was extremely helpful in locating this space and negotiating our new lease," said Inglesino. "The terms of the lease provide our firm with options to expand at this location, and we plan to hire additional associates to join us soon as our practice grows."
Visible from I-287 and located near I-80, 600 Parsippany Road is a three-story, 96,000-square-foot class A office building. Completed in 1977, it is situated within the Mack-Cali Corporate Center at Parsippany, in northern Morris County.
