Cushman & Wakefield Arranges Knowledge Networks Lease

Office Commitment in Roseland Marks Business Expansion, Site Consolidation. End Quote

Newark, NJ (1888PressRelease) December 22, 2010 - Knowledge Networks, an online research firm, has leased 10,335 square feet at 103 Eisenhower Parkway at Eisenhower/280 Corporate Center, in Roseland and has consolidated its New Jersey operations there, announced Harlan Hollander, JD, of commercial real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield, Inc.

Hollander, a director in Cushman & Wakefield's East Rutherford, N.J., office, brokered the long-term transaction on behalf of the tenant. Mack-Cali Realty Corporation owns the 151,545-square-foot 103 Eisenhower Parkway and was represented in-house by Richard Travaglini, senior director of leasing.

Knowledge Networks specializes in online research for consumer products and services, pharmaceuticals, retail, media, and public policy. Until its move to Roseland in early 2011, the company maintains offices in Cranford and Mount Arlington. According to Hollander, Knowledge Networks examined a number of opportunities before selecting 103 Eisenhower Parkway.

"Knowledge Networks' business is expanding quickly, and the decision to relocate centered on accommodating this growth and maximizing efficiency," Hollander noted. "Roseland is a great market that falls mid way between Cranford and Mount Arlington. Add to that the company's positive experience with Mack-Cali as its landlord in Cranford, and the decision to lease at 103 Eisenhower Parkway made sense. The building's location right off I-280 and the excellent onsite and area amenities further enhanced its appeal."
