- Newark, NJ (1888PressRelease) April 26, 2011 - Commercial real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. has arranged a 113,000-square-foot sublease at 333 Starke Road in Carlstadt. Total Office Planning Services (TOPS) of Manhattan has relocated its warehouse facility from Long Island City to the property.
Cushman & Wakefield's Stephen Elman and Robert Adams, based at the firm's East Rutherford, N.J., office, and Frank Caccavo of its Edison, N.J., operation, represented both the sublessor and sublessee in the transaction.
TOPS provides office planning, systems furniture installation and services. "TOPS is using the space at 333 Starke Road for the assemblage and distribution of office furniture to its corporate clients in Manhattan," Elman noted. "The building provides the ceiling heights, loading doors and proximity to New York City that the company required. Add to that the competitive pricing, and this sublease opportunity was a nice fit."
