Sullivan, a business and appellate litigator with Bucks County law firm Curtin & Heefner LLP, served as a co-course planner and faculty member for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute's "Advanced Issues In Civil Practice: Judicial Review" continuing legal education (CLE) program. The event was held on Oct. 12 in Philadelphia.

Sullivan and his fellow presenters addressed dispositive motions, issue preservation, appellate waivers, post trial motions, judicial review of non-judicial arbitration and justiciability doctrines. Sullivan is slated to present this same seminar in Pittsburgh, Pa., on Nov. 2, 2010.
