Atlanta, GA (1888PressRelease) January 27, 2012 - The award winning culinary team, with Chef Andreas at the helm, will outdo themselves with the extravagant menu that has been meticulously created. The first course begins with a signature salad of grilled endive and frisee with blood oranges, avocado and raspberry champagne vinaigrette. The entrée features grilled petite fillet tournedos and seared Maine sea scallop served with sweet potato puree, braised pork belly, beet foam and freshly prepared asparagus. A decadent finale to an intriguing feast concludes with white chocolate lemon mousse with layers of cherry compote and toasted almond genoise. Dinner is $40 per person. In addition to our special Valentine's menu, our ala-carte dinner menu is also available.

The stately Italian three-story, stacked-stone Villa Christina features a gourmet restaurant, two elegant ballrooms, two private dining rooms, an exhibition kitchen, an outdoor Event Pavilion and the "Caffe Christina to go" restaurant.
