CT REIA Announces September 2011 Seminar On Expert Negotiating Strategies For Real Estate Investors In Connecticut
On September 19, 2011 the Connecticut Real Estate Investors Association will be hosting its monthly meeting with Don DeRosa. Attendees will learn expert negotiating tools, tactics and strategies.
- Hartford, CT (1888PressRelease) September 13, 2011 - The Connecticut Real Estate Investors Association, or CT REIA, in association with Don DeRosa, is announcing the CT REIA September 2011 monthly real estate investors meeting. This seminar will take place on Monday September 19, 2011 from 5:30 pm to 9:00 pm. The location of this seminar is the Crowne Plaza Hotel located at 100 Berlin Road in Cromwell, CT.
Attendees are urged to show up on time and take advantage of the early bird workshop, which begins at 5:45 pm. At this portion of the seminar, attendees will: hear how CT REIA members have structured profitable deals; speed network with other real estate investors in Connecticut; have their question answered during a Q & A session with local experts; have their real estate deal analyzed by local experts.
At 7:00 pm, Don DeRosa will begin speaking about his expert negotiating tools and tactics. Don DeRosa is a real estate investor, author, teacher, coach and national speaker. Don has trained thousands of new and experienced investors to build wealth in real estate using the same techniques that helped him build his fortune, particularly buying with owner financing, using private money, creatively structuring deals and selling quickly in any market.
