CRO Analytics and ACRP Unveil Site Voice Advisory Board Members
Site Voice findings and Board Members were announced during the ACRP Executive Summit on Site Strategies.
- (1888PressRelease) April 22, 2016 - CRO Analytics and the Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP) announced the founding members of a diverse advisory board to build on groundbreaking research conducted by the two groups during the last year. Over the next several months, the Site Voice™ Advisory Board (SVAB) will oversee the collection of clinical research performance data from hundreds of sites engaged in active clinical trials.
Site Voice is a new predictive analytics tool designed to help investigative sites assess the performance of their sponsor and CRO research partners. The instrument measures clinical trial performance across dozens of functions and professional skill sets and shows site research partners how they are performing in areas that the underlying research deems most critical to trial quality. Results will be reported this Fall.
The research upon which Site Voice is based was presented to SVAB members and attendees of the ACRP Executive Summit on Site Strategies during the recently held ACRP 2016 Annual Meeting & Expo. The groundbreaking findings provide critical insights into the current quality of clinical trials and what must be addressed to improve them from the sites' perspective. This data will be re-presented during a webinar on May 4, 2016.
The multi-disciplinary SVAB is comprised of industry leaders and executives from sponsors, CROs and investigative sites. The purpose of the Board is to ensure that all clinical research stakeholders are represented and have the opportunity to analyze the Site Voice findings and express their opinions.
SVAB founding members consist of representatives from InVentiv Health, Covance, Clincierge, Meridien Research, PMG Research as well as ACRP and CRO Analytics.
"Site Voice was developed to improve clinical trial performance by helping identify and measure what is important to Sites' efforts on clinical trials," said Peter Malamis, CEO of CRO Analytics. "The goal is to provide granular, actionable data to all stakeholders to enable improved performance. The Board consists of high caliber industry thought leaders who share in our mission to improve clinical research trials and research relationships as a whole."
