Crew Clothing Announce Sponsorship of the Mount Bay Pilot Gig Team, who are now the ambassadors of Crew's GBR Heritage Range.

It was an easy decision for Crew Clothing (http://www.crewclothing.co.uk/) to sponsor the club as Crew Clothing's heritage is based in sailing, rowing and such pursuits. The company started out with polo shirts with the distinctive logo, numbers and stripes. Now the company create sailing wear as well as casual clothing for men and women.
The Mount Bay Pilot Gig team are a truly dedicated group of men and women, who once they have finished their working day (be that fire fighting, fundraising or law) head for the shoreline and sea to train. The passion for rowing is clear and the dedication outstanding.

Gig rowing is a growing sport with an annual World Championship held on the Isle of Scilly every May. Over 70 clubs compete, with over 120 gigs taking to the water from USA, France, Ireland, Holland, Faroe Islands, Wales and England (in particular Cornwall).
Mount Bay Pilot Gig team have been World Champions and are now training hard to gain the title back. Crew is proud to support them in their quest.
