CREDAI Bhopal Members Visit Supertech Precast Unit
The visit was done by around 35 reputed developers of Bhopal.

The Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Associations of India (CREDAI) Bhopal chapter members made a visit to Supertech Precast manufacturing unit located in Greater Noida (West), to know the benefits and advantages of using such technology in the projects.
On the visit, the members of CREDAI Bhopal were very delighted to experience the tech know-how of the precast construction process.
After the precast unit visit, the team of developers went to a tour to company's Golf Country project at Yamuna Expressway to experience the actual construction through precast technology, on-site. The erection happening is for towers with G+20 floors.
Elaborating more on the technology, Mr. Anil Seth, Executive Director - Precast of Supertech Limited said 'Precast technology has proved its worth by saving a lot of construction time. It not only speeds up the construction process but further enhances the quality of the final output. This technology helps in keeping up the tempo of construction on all seasons. Structures built using this technology do not need plastering, as this method makes the surface very smooth, requiring very little maintenance. To avoid labour shortage, time delays and with an aim to deliver quality products, Supertech have adopted precast technology. Although what's important is that precast strengthens the overall solidness of the unit, which is what customers look for".
