CPLS Attorney Elected to Board of Directors for The Grove Counseling Center
CPLS, P.A., a full service Orlando law firm, announced Russell J. Frank, a Partner in the firm's Orlando office, has been elected to the Board of Directors of The Grove Counseling Center, Inc., a non-profit focused on the treating behavioral health and substance use disorders.

Attorney Frank, a Florida native, focuses his practice on family law and criminal defense in both the public and private sectors, handling a broad array of issues including divorce, paternity, adoption, contempt and enforcement, child custody, child support, timesharing modifications, property division, and marital agreements in the divorce and family law area. In the criminal defense area, matter coverage ranges from white collar crime to drug offenses, traffic infractions, thefts, burglaries, assault, batter, attempted murder, and sexual offenses. For matters pertaining to both family law and criminal defense, he represents a wide range of clients from professionals in the medical, legal, banking, computer, and accounting industries to entertainers, sports figures, and high-profile or high net-worth individuals.
A dedicated member of the community, Frank actively raises funds and awareness for Progressive Supra Nuclear Palsy, a rare neurodegenerative brain disease that prematurely took the life of his Father. Frank is a member of The Florida Bar and the Orange County Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in Florida, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. He earned his J.D. from American University, Washington College of Law and his B.A. from Emory University.
