Rossman's commitment to excellence in Business and Housekeeping.
In 1987, Rossman founded her cleaning business. For over twenty years, she did residential work, cleaning homes, sweeping, mopping, cleaning kitchens and appliances, dusting, mopping, and making sure that every home she tended to received quality care.
"Everything had to be perfect," Rossman said. "I didn't like complaints from my customers. It was essential to do an emasculate job every time."
Attaining her business through word of mouth, Rossman never advertised. Since retiring due to health reasons, her son has taken over the business. Her daughter owns her own cleaning business as well.
Rossman is a certified lay speaker through her local United Methodist Church. She has been published in The Star Gazette newspaper for her business and hard work.
