He has many years of experience in human resources, having served as an HR director, regional HR manager, global HR manager, and senior HR manager in Fortune 500 Companies.
Mr. Lee is currently a member of The Gerson Lehrman Group, which connects businesses and individuals to people with the insights to empower better decisions. His primary client groups are private investors, venture capitalist, and entrepreneurs in search of business opportunities globally in which to invest. Mr. Lee recently had the opportunity in concert with Caijing Magazine in Beijing in China's first "Global Think Tank Summit. He currently holds the GLG Council Rank of Scholar, which ranks him in the top twenty percent of all business consultants globally.

Mr. Lee had the honor and privilege of serving in three combat campaigns while on active duty in the US Army: Operation Just Cause in Panama; The Persian Gulf War (Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm); and Operation Restore Hope in Somalia. He currently holds a BS in Business Management, magna cum laude, from Park University, an MS in Community Services and Economic Development, cum laude, from Michigan State University, a second MS in Human Resources, magna cum laude, from Central Michigan University, a Post Graduate Certificate in Strategic Decision Making and Human Resources from Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, and a Post Graduate Certificate in Developmental Leadership at Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
