Veronique Pascual, who holds a Master's Degree in English from Paul Valery University in Montpellier, France and one year special award post graduate scholarship to the University of California, is a licensed REALTOR who began working in her field in 1990 in Santa Cruz, California selling residential real estate. Two years later, she moved to southwest Florida, and she's been selling both on-site sales and general real estate sales in Lee and Collier counties.
Specializing in waterfront properties, Ms. Pascual lists, markets and advertises, and sells properties, as well as helps buyers with their research and purchase of their dream home. A larger number of her clients include vacation home buyers and retirees, which often makes for a positive atmosphere and great experience for everyone.

She was recently named Top Sales Agent for 2011 from her previous firm and is the #1 Sales Agent on Fort Myers Beach in Residential Sales for 2012*, is a four-time winner of the National Association of Home Builders Award, a four-time winner of a Lee Building Industry Association Platinum Pinnacle Award, and a two-time winner of its Sales Person of the Year Pinnacle Award.
