- Houston, TX (1888PressRelease) September 25, 2014 - Tracie L. Miller-Kistler, Executive Assistant for Stronghold Ltd., has been selected as an Honored Member of the Covington Who's Who Executive and Professional Registry.
Tracie L. Miller-Kistler began her career in the early 1990's after accepting a position in the process safety management department at The Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company in Houston, Texas. Over the course of her career, she was chosen to travel to Paris, France to implement a customer assurance database and assisted the Houston facility with achieving ISO 9002 Certification. She also worked in the HSE department, where she was introduced to many OSHA 1910 regulations and safety best practices, as well as the procurement department, where she learned the art of negotiation and the importance of win/win relationships.
In 2010, Ms. Miller-Kistler continued her career with Petrologistics LP after accepting a position as procurement manager. She and her team were responsible for coordinating and assisting the onsite engineering, procurement, and construction firm with purchasing and securing materials for the new construction of the world's largest propane dehydrogenation, or PDH, facility, based on production capacity, strategically located on the Houston Ship Channel.
Currently serving as executive assistant to her company's president and contract administrator for Stronghold Ltd., Ms. Miller-Kistler's responsibilities expand across its seven subsidiary companies. She coordinates, reviews, and oversees redlining commercial terms and finalizing contracts as required in coordination with their management and legal staff, coordinates contractual summaries with the finance department to ensure proper billing and contractual terms are utilized and developed, and manages a contract management database, reports key contract information, assists with day to day needs of the corporate office, and tracks and reports company financials.

Ms. Miller-Kistler is Senior Professional in Supply Management (SPSM) certified since 2009 and earned her Master's Degree in Business Administration and Purchase Management in 2014.
