Covington Who's Who Selects Thomas McGovern as an Honored Member of the Executive and Professional Registry

Thomas McGovern was always interested in photography, but it wasn't until recently that he began to explore pursuing an old dream as a career. Specializing in travel photography, Mr. McGovern focuses his business on historical travel and theatrical photography.
Completing a series of courses at New York Institute of Photography, Mr. McGovern has learned a great deal about the industry. He also credits his BA in History from Bloomfield College, as well as his previous degree, an AAS in Multimedia from Chubb Institute. Always eager to take on new ventures and put his education to work, he has been thoroughly enjoying his career in tourism.
"I love Boston, Massachusetts and I journey there as often as I can and hope to live there someday, perhaps in Salem. It is a town with strong historical roots. Boston is where it all began, the founding of our country," Mr. McGovern said.
A certified travel and tourism specialist through Penn Foster, Mr. McGovern also holds a diploma in hotel/restaurant management. Suffering from a slight case of Asperger's, a disorder on the autism spectrum, he never lets his disability get in the way of his passion. He is content and happy with himself and his career, and is at peace with who he has become.
Mr. McGovern is an active participant with the New York Institute of Photography.
