Beginning his career in 1959 working for GE Corp. in New York, Stanley Takase is now working for SE Technologies, Ltd., a multinational Japanese company as their managing director. Overseeing the regional sales manager and field application manger, as well as account sales, business development, contract manufacturing with multinational/global customers, new product design, outsourcing strategies, procurement, and the devised supply chain with facilities in China, Japan, the US, and Europe, Mr. Stanley has worked to enable change in an organizational context by defining the needs and recommending the solutions necessary to deliver value to stakeholders.
"It was Dr. Tadashi Sasaki, a pioneer of communication and semiconductors, who taught me a great deal about having special depths necessary to become a good engineering manager." Mr. Takase said about his experience sitting in on an Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) presentation conference on the topic of T-type engineers recently. "From his many insights I have become inspired to pursue a career with a challenging attitude and passion for my work."
With the anticipation of continuing to pursue more education, Mr. Takase previously attended LA City College in the field of technology. He also studied international business at Sophia University of Japan. He is a current member of IEEE.
