Covington Who's Who Selects Nassim S. Aoude as a VIP Member of the Executive and Professional Registry

Aoude began working in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) over thirteen years ago during a brief internship. While pursuing his Master's Degree in ABA he worked as a therapist, supervisor, and program coordinator. After earning his second degree,
Mr. Aoude completed his board certification in behavior analysis, eventually obtaining a clinical director position managing his own branch of approximately sixty employees. In 2010 he moved back to his home state of Massachusetts to start his own insurance funded ABA organization with the passing of the Act Relative to Insurance Coverage for Autism (ARICA).
Now the founder and CEO of Autism Intervention Specialists, Mr. Aoude's delegates executive level responsibilities while maintaining an overall vision of growth and clinical excellence within the company. He manages all branches of the business and approves all final executive decisions. He also surrounds himself with the best and brightest in the field at all times.
"I feel that my early exposure to ABA and years of experience have propelled me forward in my professional career at a young age," Mr. Aoude said. "I was lucky enough to find a career that was exciting, intellectually stimulating, and something I could excel in. My drive to provide the best clinical service along with my desire to start my own organization gave me the initiative to continually strive to be the best and foster the skills required to successfully start Autism Intervention Specialists."
With the hopes of growing his business to accommodate all families impacted by autism so they can access the services they deserve, Mr. Aoude strives to provide quality services that are data driven and individualized. He also hopes to continue providing a fun and rewarding environment for all his employees so they can continue to grow and find meaningful careers in the future.
Mr. Aoude is the recipient of the annual Growth Award, which was offered to one in one-hundred-twenty eligible employees in December of 2009 through Autism Comprehensive Education Services while working as a program director.
