Covington Who's Who Selects Michelle Theurer as an Honored Member of the Executive and Professional Registry

As a notary public and court reporter for the State of New York, Ms. Theurer provides the legal community with hands-on court reporting with consistency and accuracy. Her proven track record of success in providing accurate, typewritten transcripts with a typing speed of 225wpm, coupled with her ability to adapt to new challenges while also maintaining focus under demanding conditions, both contribute to her success in the field.
"I have always been a very motivated individual and meticulously detailed in whatever I do," Ms. Theurer said. "My love of learning pushed me in the direction of the legal field, which always inspired me because every day is a new opportunity to learn something that I didn't already know. Court reporters learn about aviation, medical terminology, asbestos, construction, chemists, railroads, maritime, electrical, plumbing, and the list goes on and on."
Hoping to continue in the field, while also learning all there is to know about the ever-changing technology that will always have an influence on her role, Ms. Theurer is excited for the future. She is a current and active member with the National Court Reporters Association, was selected by their trustees of The Horizon Scholarship Fund to receive one of eight scholarships awarded in 1996, and received a free membership with NYSCRSA the New York State Court Reporters Association.
