Covington Who's Who Selects Michele Rose Johnson as an Honored Member of the Executive and Professional Registry

Beginning her career with Kronos in 2002 as a training specialist, Michele Johnson delivered training to companies across the globe in countries such as Australia, Bahamas, England, and Malaysia, just to name a few. Specializing in courses like Scheduling, Absence Management, Human Resources, and Payroll, she transitioned into a user adoption consultant role in January 2011, designing and developing customized instructional material.
As a user adaption consultant, Ms. Johnson specializes in training design, courseware development, and training delivery for large organizations like BP Petroleum, Ulta, IKEA, Disney, and Ford. She writes customized course material and often delivers training to such audiences as store managers, HR administrators, payroll professionals, and timekeeping managers.
"Working full-time at ADP as a teleservice representative while putting myself through college provided me with the workforce and payroll experience required to be a trainer and user adoption consultant at Kronos," Ms. Johnson said. "In fact, I still use the practical skills and domain knowledge I acquired at ADP to this day as a trainer and consultant."
Ms. Johnson aspires to become a senior user adoption consultant with a certification in Change Management within the next five years, while continuing to strengthen her skills as an instructional designer and upholding her role as a mentor for new trainers, consultants, and instructional designers.
Holding an Associate's Degree in Business Administration from Triton Community College and a BSBA from Northeastern Illinois University, Ms. Johnson is a member of Association for Talent Development and the American Payroll Association. During her 13-year career with Kronos, she has received more than a half-dozen quarterly "Shark" awards and "Above and Beyond" awards for recognition of extraordinary contributions to Kronos and outstanding customer service.
