Covington Who's Who Selects Michael Salabanzi as an Honored Member of the Executive and Professional Registry

- Boston, MA-NH (1888PressRelease) March 30, 2013 - Michael Salabanzi, President of Stop Foreclosure Keep American Dream Alive, has been selected as an Honored Member of the Covington Who's Who Executive and Professional Registry.
Michael Salabanzi opened the doors to her non-profit organization in 2009 after being introduced to the field of real estate. During the search for her first home in 2001 she worked with an amazing broker that inspired her to get into the field herself. After being taken under her wing, Salabanzi began a successful career in the business.
Earning her real estate license in 2003, Salabanzi went on to become a broker and within three years founded her own real estate company, FSH Realty and Associates. But as the market began to collapse, she quickly realized that the business was now more about listing homes than selling them.
"Many of my customers were on the brink of losing their homes due to receiving predatory loans and I was not going to allow that to happen without a fight," Salabanzi said. "I went to court with my customers and, as a result, many got to stay in their homes. Knowing that so many others needed my help, I decided that I couldn't stop there."
Salabanzi formed Stop Foreclosure Keep American Dream Alive as a way of helping homeowners fight to defend their homes that were in risk of foreclosure. Since that time, she has been working diligently to continue helping those Americans that are in jeopardy by making banks make a real effort as well, and to stop approving unaffordable loans to clients. Salabanzi has since received a Certificate of Outstanding Community Support from Entertainment Fundraising in 2011 for her efforts to raise money for the cause.
