Beginning his paralegal career in 2002, Marc Sardella used his ability to think and write critically to work hand in hand with clients to help them better understand the legal process. Preparing habeas corpus writs for both individuals and attorneys facing challenging parole denials, he specializes in writing legal briefings and parole hearings.
"The success I have had and the joy it has brought both my clients and their families continues to inspire me to learn and apply my skills in helping others, both in the form of court filings and in the application of self-help, in order to help others gain their freedom and better their lives," Mr. Sardella said.

Holding a paralegal degree from Blackstone Institute of Legal Studies since 2005, Mr. Sardella also holds an AS in English from Palo Verde Community College, an AS in Business from Coastline Community College, an AS in Behavioral Social Science from Palo Verde Community College, and a BA in Behavioral Psychology from California Coast College. He is also a licensed alcohol and drug specialist through Palo Verde Community College.
