Covington Who's Who Selects Malinda F. Kidd as an Honored Member of the Executive and Professional Registry

Kidd, Operations Specialist at Schneider National, Inc., has been selected as an Honored Member of the Covington Who's Who Executive and Professional Registry. The selection recognizes Malinda F. Kidd's commitment to excellence in Transportation Services and Logistics.
Kidd, who holds an Associate's Degree in Accounting from Northeast Wisconsin and a second Associate's Degree in Project Management from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College, is certified in both energy management and trending and tracking energy usage. She's been working in her field since 1980.
Currently serving as a support specialist where she executes time sensitive business processes of fuel card and cash administration, Kidd also issues necessary permits, oversees border crossing ACE portals, regulatory electronic log help, consignee services, payments, independent drivers, and power plus carriers. She communicates regularly with the first shift counterparts in supported departments, and driver and customer contacts. In addition, Kidd serves as an expert in all areas of van truckload operations functions and assists in performing those functions. It is also necessary that she be highly skilled in the supported process of each department and to executive them in support of van truckload and other lines of logistic business.
"Computers are an aide to logistics, but most of the work is done by dedicated, hardworking employees," Kidd explained. "When the big picture comes together you find there is a higher degree of knowledge you were not aware of."
Kidd is a member of DOT Compliance. She is the recipient of a 1995 Oliver A. Ray Safety Award from Proctor and Gamble, a 2004 Outstanding Service Award and a 2004 Accomplishment Award, both from Schneider Logistics, was named Associate of the Month in January of 2008 from Schneider National, Inc., and also received a 2010 Certificate of Appreciation Award for Outstanding Performance from Schneider National, Inc.
