Kindra Nicole Carpenter, who holds a BA in Finance with a minor in financial planning and investments Magna Cum Laude from California State University-Fullerton and an MBA in Organizational Psychology and Development Summa Cum Laude from American Intercontinental University, is a Certified Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow and a certified Chartered Life Underwriter.
Beginning her career in 1998 as an intern at Northwestern Mutual-the Quiet Company, Ms. Carpenter quickly fell in love with life insurance. Fifteen years later she is still working in the same industry and she has never looked back.

Working primarily with agents and district managers to improve product knowledge, sales skills, and to improve overall awareness and understanding of all life and financial products offered, Ms. Carpenter also provides products and sales support to help develop business plans designed to improve production and /or exceed assigned goals and expectations. In addition, she develops sales promotions, product and sales training classes and seminars, division and/or state specific life and financial product communication pieces, and facilitates sales and/or product training classes and seminars at individual, district, division, and state levels.
Having built her own agency from scratch with over 880 clients while she was a life-only agent, Ms. Carpenter has since worked with over 1,000 multi-line agents in her tenure with Farmers to help them be the type of true professional customers come to value.
In addition to earning numerous awards in her field, Ms. Carpenter is an active member of NAIFA. She is also a parishioner at Christ Church of the Valley.
