Briley, who holds an Associate's Degree in Medical Assisting from Medical Career College, is a certified medical assistant who has been working in her field since 1989.
As an information technology manager over the medical records software configuration team, Briley also assists her team in growing their healthcare and information technology knowledge so that they can configure the medical software to be more user friendly for clinicians and physicians across the United States. She currently oversees a team of five employees.
"I have always loved helping people," Briley said, "which is why I chose the healthcare field."
Hoping to assist her team to become the best they can be in their positions and be able to move into higher positions within the company, Briley also hopes to grow her knowledge in the healthcare industry and is planning to pursue her bachelor's degree in business within the next year to gain more corporate knowledge.
