Covington Who's Who Selects Kathryn T. McClellan as an Honored Member of the Executive and Professional Registry

McClellan, Chief Executive Officer and Owner of McClellan Enterprises, has been selected as an Honored Member of the Covington Who's Who Executive and Professional Registry. The selection recognizes Kathryn T. McClellan's commitment to excellence in Education and Consulting.
McClellan, who holds a BS in Mathematics from Prairie View A&M University, an MS in Mathematics from the University of Tulsa, and a PhD in Education Administration from the University of Texas, is a certified elementary and secondary teacher and lay speaker and a retired mathematics professor.
As a consultant for her organization, McClellan reviews and writes mathematics and science grants, reads and scores AP calculus exams, trains mathematics teachers, conducts mathematics workshops and plans mentoring programs for young ladies. In addition to serving on various educational committees to select mathematical books she directed an Academic Learning Academic Center that aided students in improving reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
McClellan attributes her love of learning and the skill of listening to her success in the field of education.
"I've learned over the years that I learn more when I am listening than when I am talking. Listening yields more results than people realize," McClellan said.
McClellan is a member of Toastmaster. Her future plans are to become a change agent in the field of education. This would include working with secondary schools and community colleges to offer training that would put many Americans back to work by training them for employment in jobs that already exist, keeping them employed or training them for their next job.
