Covington Who's Who Selects Karleen Greenidge as a VIP Member of the Executive and Professional Registry

- Miami, FL (1888PressRelease) May 16, 2015 - Karleen Greenidge, Director of Integrated Caribbean Service Consultants, has been selected as a VIP Member of the Covington Who's Who Executive and Professional Registry.
After more than 20 years working in the Canadian, American, and Caribbean Banking systems, Karleen Greenidge made the decision to quit her routine banking job to start her own business. Making the transition in 1985 thanks to her previous experience in bank lending procedures, she formed Integrated Caribbean Service Consultants as a way to relate to clients who wanted to purchase land, build houses, and engage in rentals. It was an easy transition, moving from banking to the full range of real estate services and her consultancy resulted in the purchase of a real estate franchise.
"I believe that collectively, all of my experiences contributed to my knowledge of related institutional processes and structures. However, I always embraced continuous training opportunities through seminars, conventions, crash courses, and webinars both at home and abroad," Ms. Greenidge said.
Noting that all of her banking training and real estate experiences, including understanding the systems and repetitive processes, are what allowed Ms. Greenidge to eventually become a board member of the National Commercial Bank of St. Lucia Ltd., and later become appointed on the board of the Development Control Authority that approved property development nationwide, contributed greatly to her success. Her most recent activity has involved the area of Real Estate Investment Groups with multiple streams of income. This area provides new avenues for broadening one's vision and horizons and the opportunity for her to offer further training and consultation services to others.
Ms. Greenidge is an active member of National Association of Realtors of St. Lucia, a VIP member of the National Association of Professional Women, a past president of the Business and Professional Women's Club of St. Lucia, and the former president of the Kiwaniane Club. She is also the former owner of ReMax St.Lucia Ltd., Real Estate Agency.
