Covington Who's Who Selects Judy Johnson as an Honored Member of the Executive and Professional Registry

For more than 25 years Judy Johnson has been working in her industry of health and wellness. In 2009 she began working for a wellness company and fitness center, working with the owners and becoming certified to teach classes. Soon after, Mrs. Johnson became a wellness consultant and fitness instructor and she is now the sole proprietor of Bodies of Harmony Wellness Center, Fitness Studio, and Day Spa in San Jacinto, California.
"Experience has been my best teacher," Mrs. Johnson said about her tenured career in health and wellness. "I've worked with doctors in the wellness communities, company leaders in fitness centers and spas, as well as developing my own criteria that I can fall back on from year to year."
Ms. Johnson is greatly motivated by her youngest son who was born with Celiac Disease. Helping him make the necessary changes to live a healthy and full life has been life changing. She is also greatly inspired by her own need to live well, as well as teach and inspire others to do the same.
Hoping to continue growing her business, enabling her to offer more opportunity for others in the industry, teach more classes, and continue encouraging others, Mrs. Johnson is looking forward to the future of Bodies in Harmony.
Mrs. Johnson is a specialist in Pilates, is certified in Body Wraps, and is certified in Nutritional Wellness Support. She is a member of M'Lis Company, her local chamber of commerce, Fit Tour Physical Mind Institute, and Beta Sigma Phi. She is also a member of the board of directors for Green Coalition. In 1996 Mrs. Johnson won the Fitness Body Challenge for Most Wins Achieved in the local fitness challenge with over 1,000 contenders in her community and has completed numerous marathons, 5Ks, and 10Ks.
