Covington Who's Who Selects Ida Pereira as a VIP Member of the Executive and Professional Registry

Certified Professional Life Coach and BA graduate of Business and Marketing Ida Pereira began her journey as a consultant in 1997 to help individuals gain control of their perspective and potential through life coaching.
Similar to therapy, life coaching uses a variety of techniques to narrow in on what a particular client needs help with. By use of mentoring, inspiration, and empowerment, Pereira helps to create lifelong changes that create positive and rewarding experiences in relationships, finances, health, career, business, or whatever aspect needs attention.
"My positive attitude has always contributed to working with great individuals who believed in my strategies and followed my lead to success," Pereira admits. "I also make sure to lead by example, especially with my children, demonstrate perseverance, and believe in myself to take me where I want to be."
Pereira learned through trial and error about her own life how to be a positive influence on others. After being awarded sole custody of her children, they quickly became her inspiration and she was eager to become successful. She was recognized for having a savvy approach to her business style and taking on the challenge of working with stagnant organizations. She has a natural instinct to create what seem to be impossible to many and her analytic ability has driven her executive decision process into positive outcomes above and beyond all her expectations.
"Challenging responsibilities gave me the understanding of how to be successful without hesitation," Pereira added. "I was known as the turnaround specialist in the IT industry, with high integrity, being committed, and delivering results at a very high level with a team approach."
Now working on her autobiography to share with others how they, too, can reach their goals, Pereira also plans on making more guest speaking appearances at venues that are based on personal and professional success.
Pereira is a member of the Hamilton Chamber of Commerce. She's served as guest speaker on WOW Cast, a televised broadcast across Canada, based on women in IT with executive leadership roles. She was also recognized by the Mississauga Technology Association for Highest Business Growth within the IT industry in 2001.
