Beginning his career in 1984 in Cuba, he formed his company in 2006 in the state of Florida, which is dedicated to information technology with concentration in information security, specifically in ethical hacking, penetration testing, data recovery, and information technology training. Prior to obtaining his PhD, Dr. Noguerol earned a BS in Electronics and a second BS in Telecommunications and Networking, followed by a MS in Mathematics and Computer Sciences.
