Covington Who's Who Selects Dr. Andrew O. Igbineweka as an Honored Member of the Executive and Professional Registry

- Pittsburgh, PA (1888PressRelease) October 12, 2015 - Dr. Andrew O. Igbineweka, Behavior Specialist Consultant and Lead Clinician of Milestone Centers, Inc., has been selected as an Honored Member of the Covington Who's Who Executive and Professional Registry.
Beginning his clinical career as a Therapeutic Support Staff at Suzanne and Associates LLC in 1998, Dr. Andrew O. Igbineweka has since become a Behavior Specialist Consultant with Milestone Centers, Inc. providing consultation as their lead clinician. Responsible for the general case oversight and case activities coordination, he develops, implements, monitors, and evaluates the treatment and behavior plans, which are authorized by the Community Care Behavioral Health Organization.
"There have been a host of people who have inspired me over the course of my career, including my friend Christian Umeh and various professionals in the field," Dr. Igbineweka said. "I was also inspired while I was running the Social Services Department at Shuman Juvenile Detention Center, helping troubled and delinquent youth, adolescents, and children rehabilitate, and working cooperatively and collaboratively with residents and staff."
Hoping to continue performing his duties in his current role, Dr. Igbineweka's primary goal is to not only continue helping clients with special needs live normal lives, but also help reduce their problem behaviors and to replace those behaviors with more positive and socially appropriate behaviors. He also hopes to inspire others to embark on aiding special needs people to live a more fruitful and rewarding life.
Earning a Certified Professional Teaching Certificate through the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 2005, Dr. Igbineweka is also a Licensed Behavior Specialist Professional and holds a PhD from the Department of Higher Education and Counseling at the University of North Texas. He has earned numerous accolades throughout his career in healthcare, including numerous Certificates of Merit for on-the-job trainings and an Achievement Award from the Deputy Director of Shuman Juvenile Detention Center, including a Certificate of Appreciation from the CEO and President, Board of Directors of Milestone Centers, Inc.
