Formerly an NFL Tight End, Douglas Kingsriter played with the Minnesota Vikings from 1973-76 during the team's championship years. Post-football, he has been a proven leader in the non-profit arena specializing in strategic planning and implementation, revenue increases, financial and operations management, process improvement, program and policy development, and public speaking. Mr. Kingsriter's personal brand is in developing and leading high-performing, cross-functional teams.

Mr. Kingsriter has developed and implemented national programs to prevent underage drinking, created a new paradigm for funding the national registry for blood cell donors, successfully developed a licensing program that has generated more than $40 million, and established more than 30 national corporate sponsorship relationships with Fortune 300 companies. He also has authored several children's books and holds a BA in Strategic Communications from the University of Minnesota.
