Becoming a Licensed Notary 25 years ago, Di Dooley wanted to break into servicing the medical community. Having had the privilege of notarizing adoptions, transplant information, medical directives, and various medical release forms, she later became certified by the National Notary Association as a Signing Agent in 2005 and she began facilitating mortgage signings. Retiring from the medical field in 2014, Ms. Dooley founded Pony Express Mobile Notary Services.
Pony Express Mobile Notary Services is centrally located in Bandera, Texas. Their primary purpose is to complete mortgage signing documents for various lenders located around the country. Clients are ensured that Ms. Dooley's notaries have a complete background check, carry insurance, and are bonded before entering their homes, office, or any other facility before performing their duties.

Hoping to continue growing her business, Ms. Dooley would like to encompass as many women employees as possible to become the best of the best.
Ms. Dooley is both a Certified Public Notary through the state of Texas and a Certified Signing Agent through the National Notary Association. She is also an active member in the National Notary Association, the American Notary Association, Women of Excellence, National Association of Professional Women, Bandera TX Chamber of Commerce, and the Eastern Star, Chapter 1. Other accolades earned have included a BS in Pre-Med and an MA in Finance from Michigan State University, a Doctorate in Medicine from the University of Michigan, a PhD in Hospital Administration, and a PhD in Nutrition from Kings College in the United Kingdom.
