As CEO/Owner, Dejuan Lucian is also a head artist of his own record label, Cartel Productions. Marketing and writing rap music are all in a day's work for him, and he also keeps busy by posting to YouTube. His first album is now on iTunes under the name 'Dejuan Lucian', with a featured track called 'Crooked Cops'.
Also a recent author, Dejuan Lucian published 'Lippy Luciano: Grandson of Lucky Luciano, a science fiction short story based in a world where schizophrenia does not exist.
"It is not what you know it is who you know," Dejuan Lucian admits about working in his field. Dejuan Lucian is constantly inspired by his childhood friend Christopher Lloyd Banks who went on to earn a successful career in the same industry. They grew up together in south side Jamaica, Queens.
