Since that time, Mr. Golesh has been responsible for prospecting and closing new business in the executive nonqualified deferred compensation plan market for small-, mid-, and large cap businesses regardless of structure. He is also responsible for taking over existing plans that have been put into place by other providers. He has no territorial limits and pursues business in all fifty states in the US.
