- Minneapolis-St. Paul, MN-WI (1888PressRelease) January 30, 2013 - Cheri Lynn Jensen, Speech Pathologist and Author, has been selected as an Honored Member of the Covington Who's Who Executive and Professional Registry.
Jensen, who holds a Master's Degree in Speech Pathology from Mankato State University, recently wrote and published a self -help book, Stuttering: Getting Unstuck, as a way to reach out to the masses.
Her long, dedicated search for a good fluency technique, along with the many years she spent in the classroom before retirement, inspired Jensen to write her book as a way to reach out to the masses.
"I wanted to share the two, unique and extremely effective and lasting fluency techniques that I developed for adults that stutter," Jensen explained. "So many adults have not had success with stutter therapy and my intent on writing my book was to give these adults a private format in which to practice techniques that would actually help them gain control over their stuttering and become more fluent."
With expectations of gaining recognition for her book, Jensen enjoys communicating with her readers via email, coaching, and encouraging her readers to practice her techniques and be more successful as a result.
