Covington Who's Who Selects Bob Minadeo as a VIP Member of the Executive and Professional Registry
Bob Minadeo, President and Chief Engineer of Engineered Solutions Group, has been selected as a VIP Member of the Covington Who's Who Executive and Professional Registry. The selection recognizes Bob Minadeo's commitment to excellence in Engineering.
- Cincinnati, OH-KY-IN (1888PressRelease) October 02, 2013 - Bob Minadeo, who earned a Bachelor's Degree in Materials and Metallurgical Engineering and a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, both from the University of Michigan, is a certified systems engineer, field engineer, and maintenance engineer with over thirty-five years of experience in the field.
Beginning his career as a vehicle test engineer at Chrysler Proving Grounds, Mr. Minadeo has since worked for Wyle Labs and Wyle Patel Engineers (later known as EGS) before eventually paving the way to forming his first fully owned engineer corporation at NPPD in Columbus, Nebraska. By 2012, he formed ESG and in 2013 was joined by two other senior engineers forming a second company office in Richmond, Virginia.
Now, as president and chief engineer for Engineered Solutions Group, Mr. Minadeo is responsible for the initial corporate structure of ESG, legal matters, patents, accounting, insurance, preparing technical documents, reports, analyses, quotations, specifications, performing administrative duties, and sharing in the business development roles. He also creates new safety-related nuclear products and provides a nuclear industry interface for ESG to ensure they are on the cutting edge in their field.
Well known in the nuclear power industry, as well as with manufacturers, test labs, and other consultants, Mr. Minadeo said, "I have a unique set of assets that I bring to my position. My areas of expertise, coupled with my background in materials engineering and problem solving, allow me to examine any problem from every perspective instead of focusing on any one approach."
Mr. Minadeo believes in a work ethic that prides on a very high level of technical integrity. He is forever motivated and his expertise sought by large and small corporations, enabling him to connect with employees, clients, regulators, and so forth in highly effective personal levels that create atmospheres of trust and confidence.
With goals parallel to those of ESG, Mr. Minadeo homes to grow the company and inter into other business areas involving energy.
