Covington Who's Who Selects Arinze Nwogu as a Professional of the Year Member of the Executive and Professional Registry
Arinze Nwogu, Customer Service Agent for Hallmark Aviation Services, has been selected as a Professional of the Year Member of the Covington Who's Who Executive and Professional Registry. The selection recognizes Arinze Nwogu's commitment to excellence in Travel.
- New York, NY (1888PressRelease) December 28, 2013 - Arinze Nwogu, who holds a Bachelor's Degree in Theater Arts from York College in 2011, began his career on May 1, 2012 at the Clarion Hotel La Guardia Airport hotel in East Elmhurst, New York. After being invited to interview and test for a passenger service agent position with Hallmark Aviation Services, he passed and was given the position. Mr. Nwogu trained at LaGuardia Airport, Terminal B, and began working in his current role just one month later.
Currently working at Terminal C for WestJet, a Canadian airline, Mr. Nwogu greets and checks in passengers with their baggage, assists with misplaced baggage and writes claims, verifies passenger departure documentation, reschedules passengers with flight interruptions and does rebookings, assists passengers on arriving international flights, does documentation for all international departures, produces all required work-related documentation, and assists unaccompanied minors, ensures that passengers comply with all security requirements.
"My family, friends, and people I've met in life have inspired me to be where I am today," Mr. Nwogu said about his success today. I am good with people and they have also influenced me to do well."
Mr. Nwogu is excited about his future with his organization and hopes to achieve a management position in the future. In the meantime, he plans to continue doing good work and serving the public to the fullest capacity. Acknowledged in the Employee Incentive program, Mr. Nwogu is also the recipient of an Excellence in Customer Service award.
