Covington Who's Who Selects Angelique Mirhige-Guisto as an Honored Member of the Executive and Professional Registry

Mirhige-Guisto, who holds an Associate's Degree in Business Management from the College of Staten Island, began working in her field almost two years ago after deciding to make a lifestyle change and lead a healthier life.
After starting an online support group to help others lose weight based on her success, Mirhige-Guisto has helped her members lose over 1,500 pounds in under a year. Some of her daily responsibilities include phone support, researching and posting daily health tips, posting inspirational quotes and photos, promoting motivation on a daily basis, providing support through their successes and downfalls, helping customize meals, and providing private mentoring. She also speaks at area churches and gyms to help motivate others to get in shape and help them to change their lives to healthier ones.
Mirhige-Guisto's experience in customer service has greatly helped her be a successful and reliable source of information and inspiration to her members. She studied last year and became certified in nutritional counseling to better help her members as well as herself on proper nutrition. Mirhige Guisto has since lost ninety pounds in a year and has kept it off for more than nine months.
"I was overweight, in pain due to several back surgeries, and it showed," Mirhige-Guisto admits after looking at pictures of herself at her son's high school graduation. I wanted to change my life for the better, live longer, feel good, and look good."
Healthy Living For All also has its own very successful Facebook page of which they have just reached over 17,000 fans, which is growing daily. They've begun selling healthy products online, including coffee, supplements, protein powder, age-defying creams, energy drinks, and more.
With aspirations of opening a Healthy Living for All center, where members can physically go to for support, to work out, get educated, learn about nutrition, and get counseling, Mirhige-Guisto is in the process of writing her first cookbook.
